Our training programs entail unique customized regimens based on players’ playing style, position, needs, and above all, goal targets. We are well-equipped with facilities, trainers, and management to create individual training regimens and curriculums.

NESS has three training levels:

Most of our clients in this category are young players who play recreational soccer. Focus is on developing the correct technique for the following: shooting, passing, dribbling and ball control. Once the coach observes a player’s progress, they may introduce offensive and defensive 1v1’s that require the player to combine everything he or she has learned. Our unique yet simple sessions at this level are not only easy to understand but are also fun and very exciting for beginners.

This includes everything from level 1 and more but at a faster pace. All training activities for players at this level have an added obstacle or an element of distraction that creates more of a game like situation and forces them to make decisions. A lot of emphasis is placed on ball control at this level. Players at this stage are also introduced to tactics in a game. This includes position specific play as well as learning how to anticipate the play. These players work for consistency and results during training.

This is for the aspiring players who have the hunger to compete and constantly push themselves to be the best. Focus at this level is on creativity and speed of play. These players go through high intensity drill-based exercises focusing on all core areas of the game. They work to be effective on both feet, perfect first touch, and ball mastery as well as learning how to always think ahead. Training sessions are designed in such a way that the players are forced to check their shoulders before receiving every pass, scanning the field by getting their head up when dribbling, and making the right decisions on the soccer field. The advanced training sessions force and encourage players to get creative and be original.
